AVOID THIS HOTEL, THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE THIEVES AND THAT YOU HAVE STOLEN SOMETHING AFTER CHECKOUT They call it a Business hotel but Wifi did not work in the room. The TV was not working After Checkout, the check-in desk lacked basic courtesy and treated as if we have stolen something. They asked us to sit by the side in reception while their staff checked the room. The front-desk told that 2 hangers were missing in a very rude manner - it was actually in the bathroom which their cleaning staff did not even bother to check but just say that we have stolen. I asked the Front desk their Manager to come but he lied saying Manager was on leave. But suddenly their Manager appeared .... The front desk did not accept that Wifi was not working even though their own technician visited and expressed his helplessness that he cannot do anything - Note we had 6500 for 1 night for 3 people - the treatment and service for this high price was not worth it.... AVOID THIS HOTEL

Hotel is really very good, very well located easy access to airport and Phoenix mall of Asia. Staff is very friendly and good. Rooms are very nice breakfast was also good but could little better. The front desk manager Mamta Dutta was very helpful and very warm in her approach. Will definitely come back and stay here as I have to come Bengaluru every month.
